Skywatch Services
Skywatch Service is owned by Rob Dale - a trained meteorologist who also does consulting work in the emergency management field.
Their initial project, InterRad, was one of the first publicly available programs that brought NEXRAD (NIDS) data to the public in the 1990’s. RealEMWIN has been around for over 10 years, and is recognized as one of the premier packages for downloading and processing EMWIN data from the National Weather Service.
